Principal Care Management for neuropathy is now available to patients through Feetwings Certified Providers. This service provides additional focused care to patients with at least a single, serious, chronic condition. This program may be deployed in tandem with remote patient and remote therapeutic monitoring and gives added flexibility for providers to bring care directly into patients’ homes.

The program builds on the published results of Feetwings ’s flagship diabetic foot program. Remote patient monitoring is specific to physiological data and diabetic foot ulcer risk. The expanded program gives added flexibility to providers to create a more thorough care plan for people living with neuropathy, which for example can include pain and medication management and care coordination. Patients will have 24/7 access to a remote care team on the 350+ days between in-person visits.
